Greenalia hires Agere Energy and Infrastructure Partners
Greenalia, a Spanish renewable energy company, is seeking partners after it took a big slice of green power projects auctioned in July 2017 in Spain.
547 MW wind power project in Spain
The Saudi company Alfanar Energy has obtained €385 million from the European Investment Bank (EIB) to build 21 wind farms in Andalusia, Asturias, Castilla-La Mancha, Castile and León, Galicia and Navarre.

Forestalia will develop the project alongside Natixis SA (EPA:KN) subsidiary Mirova, General Electric Co (NYSE:GE) and Engie SA (EPA:ENGI), with EUR 140 million (USD 169.7m) worth of equity and EUR 170 million of debt financing.
Investment Plan for Europe
EIB financing, together with the €120 million syndicated loan provided by several financial institutions, will enable the construction and operation of 9 wind farms with a total installed capacity of 300 MW.
