On 6 and 7 June, APPA Renovables, together with the Spanish Energy Club (ENERCLUB), will deliver the first Renewable Energy Financing Course. This course forms part of the training and outreach activities organised by the Association to respond to the needs of the sector.
With the targets set for 2020 and those currently being negotiated in Europe for 2030 (between 27% and 35% renewables), Spain must make a significant effort to deploy renewable energy projects. Financing is one of the key pillars of these projects.
The Renewable Energy Financing Course aims to provide a comprehensive overview, covering the legal, tax, economic and regulatory aspects of financing. The course is structured over two days and will feature top-level professionals from leading companies in the sector, as well as experts from the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and the Digital Agenda (MINETAD), Red Eléctrica de España, the CNMC and OMIE.
The course will take place at the headquarters of the Spanish Energy Club (Paseo de la Castellana, 257, 1st floor, Madrid). We encourage you to register if this is of interest, as places are limited. The course programme is attached.
