Buran Energy acquires the TANCAR hydrocarbons terminal in Escombreras from Duro Felguera

To complete this transaction, Buran Energy relied on Banca March and Agere Infraestructuras as financial advisors, while Cuatrecasas participated in the transaction as legal advisor. Lastly, the company also counted on the support of Resilience Partners, a direct lending firm that participated in financing the transaction.
